Warranty
We know every product that we produce to be of the utmost quality and craftsmanship. Therefore, we are happy to provide a one year warranty that assures all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship beginning from the purchase date.
If any defects should occur during this period and they result from normal use, Winston Collection will repair or replace the defective product quickly at no expense to you. This includes all related handling and transportation costs. Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products to determine the extent to which the warranty policy shall apply. For example, our warranty does not cover misuse or external damage unrelated to the manufacturing of the product. Please care for your product as we do when we build them and they will treat you well. Thank you for your business.
